In her work, Bailey integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotional regulation techniques. She also incorporates trauma-focused modalities and emphasizes the mind-body connection in the healing process. Bailey is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent individuals and strives to create a supportive, affirming therapeutic space.
Bailey meets clients where they are and supports healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. She often brings humor into sessions, believing that therapy can be both meaningful and humanizing—a space where we’re all figuring things out together.
Having experienced the transformative power of therapy herself, Bailey is deeply committed to building genuine therapeutic relationships that foster growth and change.
Outside of her role as a therapist, Bailey enjoys spending time with her wife and their two cats, as well as creating digital art.
