I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and moved to Clover, SC in 2020. The need for wanting to help others started early. So at 18 years old, I became a preschool teacher and enjoyed doing that for over 10 years. After having children of my own, I decided to switch careers and went into the medical field. I earned my medical billing and coding certification (CCA) from DeVry University in 2019. From there, I worked at Piedmont Medical Center, where I obtained authorizations for surgeries and for pain management as well as verifying insurance policies and coverage. I have always had a passion for helping others and am thrilled to now be at Thrive Family Services, bringing more awareness to mental health and doing my part to serve others. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and spending time with my kids, family and friends.
