Nicole Carroll

Masters Level Intern

Nicole is a Masters level intern through Capella University. She has her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Mercy University. Nicole is currently enrolled in a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program. Nicole was inspired to go into the field of mental health as a marriage and family therapist. She desires to help bring hope and change for couples, families, and individuals who are in distress and in need of help for their relationships and mental health. Nicole has completed externship (Level 1) training from the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) for Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFCT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Families (EFFT). Nicole utilizes a variety of interventions from therapy models such as Solution Focused, Satir, Narrative, Collaborative, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. Nicole strives to help her clients discover deeper understanding of their experiences and intrinsic emotional needs.
