Grayson is a masters level intern that has extensive experience with a diverse array of clients. Guided by an existential, solution-focused approach, Grayson integrates physical health with mental health with a strength-based framework. Specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, and identity formation, Grayson works holistically with clients to optimize both short- and long-term outcomes.
Through mindfulness practice, goal setting, and cognitive-behavioral work outside of sessions, Grayson strives to create a safe space for self-exploration and well-rounded growth. Growing up just south of Charlotte in Waxhaw, NC., Grayson looks forward to bringing energy to sessions and highlighting the power each individual has in both healing themselves and impacting their community.
