Zari is a Master’s candidate in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Winthrop University. Zari has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate. After graduating from the University of South Carolina Upstate, Zari became an RBT, working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for three years. Having this experience helped prepare Zari with better tools to help others in the counseling field.
Zari has counseling experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and mid-late adults. Zari enjoys working from a humanistic approach and behavioral approach. She also enjoys using ACT, CBT, DBT, and other interventions during therapy sessions.
